Exchange Window

We accept exchanges within 13–14 calendar days of your delivery date. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can no longer offer an exchange.

 

What Can Be Exchanged?

We happily accept exchanges for items that:

• Are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Have tags/labels attached and intact
• Are free from stains, makeup, perfume, or alterations
• Are not part of a discounted or sale campaign

Please note: Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

 

Made-to-Measure? No Problem.

Even our custom and made-to-measure pieces can be exchanged if they meet the above conditions, because your peace of mind matters to us.

 

Shipping Costs

We’ve got you covered. PEHCHAAN will bear the shipping charges on approved exchanges.

 

Need a Different Size?

Yes! We allow size exchanges if the item is in perfect condition. Simply follow the steps below, and we’ll get it sorted.

 

Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

Oops — we’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email. Once verified, we’ll prioritize your replacement at no additional cost.
